a peaceful haven in the heart of it all

the location is special as the hotel is near restaurants and shops. this feature provides convenient access to local attractions. the staff were friendly and always available to help and answer any questions i had. the breakfast had plentiful choices and tasted good.
i did experience some minor inconvenience when finding my way around the hotel layout initially.

breakfast includes both western and local dishes and an egg station is available. the special blended healthy juices are a lovely addition. the staff ensures everything is fresh and plentiful each morning.

I stayed in a beautiful double or twin room. The room has A REALLY NICE mini-terrace by the entrance. i found that they stock the bathroom with plenty of towels to use.
The sun loungers had fabric mattresses. This material holds moisture and felt unclean. The main pool area sits between two buildings so noise levels are High.

The breakfast buffet provided many choices. I found both local dishes and European options available. The hotel has two pools and the smaller pool was less crowded. I liked that the staff were friendly and always smiling.
The towels in the room looked off-colored.

the rooms were spacious and well-planned. cleaning was thorough and met my expectations. the bed was comfortable. a safety deposit box in the room worked properly. there was a small porch with chairs just outside the entrance.
pool area 1 had a higher noise level because it was located between two building bodies

the beautiful double or twin room terrace had a great setup. it included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the terrace offered an outdoor space. the air conditioning worked very efficiently.
